Train alongside people you choose. You publish a finished session or a plan when you want to, one at a time, and your readiness, recovery and sleep are never part of it.
Features
Choose a feature to see the screen and what it does. Every screen here is the shipping app, on iPhone and Android, photographed as it is. The readings inside are demonstration data, not a real person's measurements.
Ten things, in the order of a day. Choose one.
Body
One score for the morning, out of a hundred, and then the reading behind it. Recovery, sleep told honestly, and your last seven days of load against your own recent average. When a signal is thin or missing, the app says so instead of filling the gap.
Body
A twenty four hour dial with the parts of the day marked out: morning light, the coffee window, wind down, sleep. Drag it forward to see the rest of the day before you decide when to train.
It is context, not a verdict. The windows are a general guideline rather than something personal to you, and the app says exactly that on the card itself.
Plan
Pick the goal, and a race date if you have one, and the plan opens with why it looks the way it does: mostly easy aerobic work, hard sessions kept to a small protected slice of the week. When sleep or load says take it gently, today's session eases, with the reason shown, and the rest of the week stays where you planned it. Nothing counts a streak, and a rest day is never scored as a failure.
Sports
Run, cycle, swim, gym and yoga are each a first class plan, written for how that discipline actually trains. Choose run and gym together and you get one combined plan: a running week with strength placed on its rest days, not two plans fighting for the same legs.
Aerobic capacity carries between disciplines. Mechanical tolerance does not, so the plan respects the legs that have to do the work.
Multisport
Pick your own combination of run, bike, swim, gym and yoga, in any mix that includes at least one of run, bike or swim, and BodyLeap builds a single plan that schedules them together.
Or choose a named race: a triathlon from sprint to full Ironman, built to the official distances so the swim and the ride are sized from the race, or Hyrox, running fitness and functional circuits with one run a week on tired legs.
Build and log
Tap the muscles on the body map and BodyLeap builds the workout around them, with the equipment you actually have. Save the ones you like and reuse them. The gym logbook keeps every set, weight and rep, remembers your last session, and tracks your estimated one rep max over time.
Coach
Coach turns your readiness, your plan and your recent training into one clear recommendation for today, and shows the reasoning behind it rather than asking you to trust it. Then it reads your plan against what you actually did.
Progress
Personal records and best efforts pulled from your own sessions, a fitness read built from your VO2 max, and a race time predictor for 5K to marathon that gives an honest range, or refuses when it cannot say. Every plan links to the research it rests on.
Motivation
They mark what you have already done, from distance covered to races finished, sessions logged and strength gained. The top running badge is the circumference of the Earth. A lifetime record, not a weekly target, and the recovery badges are yours alone and never shareable.
Privacy
Your readiness, recovery and sleep are worked out on the device and kept there, in an encrypted database that is left out of phone backups. No account is needed to train. BodyLeap reads Apple Health or Health Connect for reading only, and contains no analytics service and no third party crash reporter.

On the way
Optional, and built for people who want to train alongside others. Both stand on one rule: only what you choose to publish is ever shared, and never the health data behind it.

Shared goals and friendly standings, built on the same rule. They can only ever show what you have chosen to publish, never the numbers underneath it.
