Support.
Support is handled directly by the people who build BodyLeap. Use the form on this page and include your device model, your iOS or Android version, and what you expected to happen. If a screenshot would help, we will ask for it when we reply. Please do not include health readings you would rather not share; we never need them to help you.
Installing the iPhone beta
The beta runs through TestFlight, Apple's app for pre release software. Install TestFlight from the App Store, then open your invite link on the phone and accept. Updates arrive through TestFlight automatically.
Joining the Android beta
The Android beta is live and runs by invitation. Use the request form on the beta page: leave the Google account address you use on your phone and tick the consent box. We approve access for that address and the invite arrives by email.
Health permissions
BodyLeap asks to read health data when you first open it. If you skipped that step, you can grant access later: on iPhone under Settings, Privacy and Security, Health, BodyLeap; on Android in Health Connect under app permissions. The app works with whatever you grant and says honestly when a reading has less to go on.
Your data during support
Your health data is on your phone and is never uploaded to us, so we cannot look anything up about you. If something looks wrong on a screen, a screenshot from you is the only way we can see it, and please cover any reading you would rather not send. The privacy page describes the full picture.
Deleting the app
Deleting the app deletes your BodyLeap data with it. If you plan to reinstall, note anything you want to remember first; there is no cloud backup to restore from, by design.
